Each member brings skills, wisdom and experience that can amplify each of our best leadership traits and help improve each other’s decision making process. Each of us has blind spots that hinder clear vision and it is our commitment to help each other see around those blind spots. In this group setting we can make mistakes without harm, avoid failures and nurture success.
A LEVERAGEDWISDOM group meets monthly for a full day in a facilitated discussion of each Members issues and opportunities. The group includes up to twelve owners of privately held businesses committed to being helpful, not judgmental. Being among peers who are not in the same business and pledged to confidentiality creates a safe environment where issues and opportunities can be candidly reviewed and action steps defined.
One2Ones are meant to challenge assumptions, uncover real issues, acknowledge limitations and help the entrepreneur understand what’s really going on; because, it’s “hard to see the picture when you’re inside the frame”. These coaching sessions help the leader marshal his or her personal and business resources to make better decisions which in turn leads to greater equity value in their business.
