Paul Meiring is a Managing Director and Principal of Prudential Capital Partners. Most recently he led the New York office and oversaw the private placement investment activity in the US Northeastern territory, including Eastern Canada and Bermuda. Paul joined Prudential in 1988, originating new investments in the Boston and Dallas regional offices. He later transferred to the Corporate and Project Workouts group in Newark and held the position of the Chief Credit Officer.
Paul received a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Duke University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation

Mr. Shiry has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience, including serving as a managing director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC, where he was responsible for advising on merger and acquisition transactions and for assisting clients in raising senior debt, subordinated debt/mezzanine finance, and equity in the private capital markets.
Mr. Shiry also has held positions in leveraged finance syndications at Heller Financial and in loan syndications, private placements and corporate finance with Security Pacific/Bank of America. He has been involved in transactions in a wide variety of industries and has worked with both private and public companies ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 1000.
Mr. Shiry holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
